Our tour schedule is usually booked several weeks in advance. Please be sure to contact us at least 2 to 3 weeks before you would like to visit so we may accomodate your request. For your benefit, we show our property by confirmed appointment only. All property is shown by Kerry Penn, owner of Eli Property Company. Kerry has over 30 years experience in the area.

We recommend a two-day tour. Patricia Lidell, our Oregon broker, would show you the town and surrounding area on the first day. She would explain costs of living, real estate values, land use laws, etc. The second day would be spent with Kerry looking at property.
